Common Problems?
Water leakages caused by poor concrete construction are a fact of life in Buildings now days. Concrete cracks—due to drying shrinkage, thermal movement, aging factor and other causes—usually are minor and result in few problems. But over time, even minor cracks can grow larger and cause big headaches, such as loss of structural integrity or, more commonly, "Water Leakage".
The good news is that in most cases Clients can now have these cracks fixed permanently—without the need for costly, disruptive hacking or demolition by using medium to high-pressure injection of polyurethane foam grout injection, torch applied, chemical infusion, or chemical membrane materials.
“Most toilets, balconies, concrete roof top, corridors, basements, pond, walls, metal deck roof, etc. eventually leak”. Even if a crack is not leaking now, eventually water will find it ways. Crack injection and other listed systems has been an accepted way of tackling these repairs for many years, and more and more waterproofing and structural repair contractors around the world are adopting the technique because it is cost-effective, reliable, non-messy and long term.
